About Alain Bradette
Alain Bradette is a Montreal-born saxophonist renowned for his rich tone, and deep-rooted improvisational voice. Known primarily for his work on tenor and soprano saxophones, Alain is also a skilled woodwind multi-instrumentalist, playing flute, clarinet, oboe, english horn, and EWI. His playing fuses the lyricism of traditional jazz with the fire and edge of contemporary fusion, earning him a reputation as a dynamic and expressive soloist.
Alain is currently a featured performer with Cirque du Soleil’s “Drawn To Life” in Orlando, Florida, where he brings his musical artistry to the theatrical stage night after night. For nearly two decades prior, he was a core member of Cirque’s legendary production “La Nouba”, performing in over 9,000 shows for audiences from around the world.
Beyond the Cirque stage, Alain leads his own groups and projects and is an in-demand touring artist and sideman. He is a regular collaborator with acclaimed drummer Ronnie Burrage in the “Holographic Principle Quartet”, and has shared the stage with jazz greats including John Patitucci, Greg Osby, Frank Lacy, Adam Nussbaum, Essiet Essiet, Dick Oatts, and JD Parran to name a few.
Whether in a theatrical setting, jazz club, or concert hall, Alain’s saxophone voice is immediately recognizable — warm, agile, and deeply expressive. His ability to adapt, connect, and elevate any ensemble has made him a respected figure in the international jazz and performing arts communities.
